Walk for Change - Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring signs and banners to the event?
Yes! Everyone walking and driving along the route should see just how many incredible groups are working with us to end sexual violence.
What are my transportation options
The Orient Hights Blue Line T Stop is only a two-minute walk from Constitution Beach.
There is parking you can pay for at the Orient Heights T Station, at 99 St. Edward Road, East Boston, MA 02128. There will be very limited parking at Constitution Beach. NOTE: The lot adjacent to the park is open only to Walk event staff, vendors, and attendees needing ADA-accessible parking. Is there a discount for teams?
Yes! If you have a team of ten or more, please reach out to events@barcc.org for a discount code.
How long after the event can my donors give?
Donations for the Walk for Change will be accepted until June 30, 2022. Funds raised are used in the current fiscal year. BARCC has increased operating expenses associated with keeping our free services available during the COVID-19 pandemic, making these funds more crucial than ever.
